A surveillance camera caught this image.

Troopers say the man stole an elderly man’s credit card from a locker at Planet Fitness, in Huntington.

After the theft, he allegedly charged thousands of dollars in merchandise from Huntington, east, through Putnam County, to Cross Lanes.

According to the West Virginia State Police, the man could be driving a gold or tan Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix sedan.

The suspect’s T-shirt, in the image, says “Lazy,” which is a great description for a thief.

A criminal complaint is a legal document that is usually filled out by a law enforcement officer presenting evidence to a judge or magistrate. The judicial official determines if the officer has provided enough evidence to issue a complaint or a warrant for a suspect arrest.
