WPD’s Mullins Busts Snyder

Accused Of Assaulting A Referee

Winfield Chief of Police Eddie B. Starcher is announcing another arrest.

Donald Edward Snyder 37 of Nitro, was busted, on, Friday, November 17th, 2017.

According to Starcher, Snyder is charged with:

  • Assault of an Athletic Official (Referee)

This stems from a case being worked by Officer Luke Mullins, with WPD, during the past several weeks.

The incident occurred on October 15th, 2017 at the Winfield Middle School, according to Starcher.

During a hearing before Putnam County Jean Ann Luikart released Snyder, from custody, on a Personal Recognizance Bond.
