Walters Wants Statewide Higher Speed Internet

West Virginia Slower Than Bulgaria, Romania

With up to 74 percent of rural West Virginia (most of The Mountain State) lacking high speed Internet service, Putnam County Senator Chris Walters, (R-8th) is promoting a state-owned network that is leased to private companies.
