The Putnam County Sheriff’s altDepartment is reporting one arrest, and the investigation of a Child Welfare complaint.

It was a busy time for the heroic men and women that protect and serve us.

04/19/20 Activity:

  • ARREST: Sergeant S.M Shamblin arrested Jessica Lawrence, of Winfield, for Speeding and DUI 1st Offense. 
  • Child Welfare Complaint, Timms Street, Buffalo. Known suspect, referred to Child Protective Services, under investigation.
  • Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Midway Road, Poca. Suspect unknown, under investigation.
  • One Domestic call.
  • One Vehicle Crash.
  • Eleven False Alarms.
  • Thirty Traffic Stops
  • Thirty-two Minor Calls for Service.
