Pet Tales: Tiny

Matching Shelter Pets With Loving Homes

“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.” Anatole France

Every day, there are dozens of wonderful animals, at the Putnam County Animal Shelter, who are looking for a safe, loving, “Forever Home,” in West “Fur” ginia! wants to help match those animals with new owners. Each week, we are featuring a “Pet of the Week” that is evaluated, for adoption, by the shelter experts.

To make things even better, Chief Humane Officer Jon Davis is waiving the adoption fee. This means, all you have to do, is pick our Pet of the Week and take it home. This is PAWSOME!!!

This is Tiny ID# 24935. Tiny is a 10-year-old, spayed, female, Jack Russell terrier who came to the shelter when her owner could no longer care for her. She is a bundle of energy, even at her age, and will make a wonderful companion for a family. Her adoption fee is sponsored.

If you want to give Tiny a “Furever home,” Davis wants to hear from you. Please telephone 304-586-0249.
