PCSD Makes Four More Weekend Arrests

Also Investigating Six Domestic Calls 

The Putnam County Sheriff’s altDepartment is reporting four more arrests, over the weekend. In addition, a Stolen Auto, more Larcenies and Six Domestic Calls are under investigation.

It was a busy weekend of crime for the heroic men and women that protect and serve us.

Following is the crime information posted Monday, September 11th, 2017, on the PCSD Facebook Page.

Weekend Activity:

  • ARREST: Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) arrested Ricky Isaac, II, from Pliny, on a Putnam County Capias. Isaac has an arrest history.

  • ARREST: Deputy R. Childers arrested Vernon Jackson Jr., from 74 Marina Park, Teays Valley, on a warrant for Shoplifting. Jackson was arrested before. 

  • ARREST: Deputy Edwards arrested Ashley Witt, from 28 Yeamans Street, Apartment 3, Revere, MA, for Forgery of Public Record, Obstructing an Officer, and Possession of Heroin.

  • ARREST: Corporal W.O. Seanze, Jr., arrested Westley Halstead, from 543 Cow Creek Road, Hurricane, for DUI 1st Offense.
  • Disturbance, 90 Block Camelot Drive, Midway, suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Suspicious Person, 300 Block Great Teays Boulevard, Scott Depot, suspect departed prior to Law Enforcement arrival.
  • Shoplifting, 300 Block Great Teays Boulevard, Scott Depot, suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Larceny, 500 Block Poplar Fork Road North, Hurricane, suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Harassing Phone Calls, 240 Block Silver Street, Poca, suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Trespassing, 1400 Block Hospital Drive, Hurricane, suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Larceny, 200 Block Salisbury Way, Teays Valley, suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Stolen Auto, 100 Block Rush Run Road, Liberty, no suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Sixteen alarm calls responded.
  • Six Domestic calls in progress. Suspect listed at time of report, pending investigation.
  • Seven motor vehicle crashes: 300 Block State Route 34, Teays Valley Road, Woodland Drive with injury, 140 Block South Brook Drive-Hurricane, Silver Street-Poca, I-64 East Bound 40 MM, State Route 62-Hometown.
  • Two Domestic Violence Petitions served.
