Democrats Promoted Segregation

The left has taken a page from the muslim extremisrs and are now smashing idols. The Taliban
in Afghanistan destroyed the Buddhist statues and ISIS destroyed Roman antiquities in Palmyra, Syria.
They are attacking the wrong symbols. They should be attacking the Democrat party.

In the 19th century, the Democrats were the party of slavery and created the Confederacy..

In the 20th, they became the party of enslavement.

Republicans passed the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments.

Democrats passed “Jim Crow” laws that legalized segregation. Democrats, like George Wallace, enforced them.

More Republicans than Democrats voted for the civil rights legislation, of the 1960s, that changed this. This legislation would not have passed if Congress were all Democrats.

Life today, for most blacks, is not much different there than it was on the ante-bellum plantation.
There are many similarities. They live in ramshackle dwellings. The family structure is broken down.
There is a high rate of illegitimacy – no one knows whose kids are whose. There is a lot of violence
because they had to use a lot of coercion to keep slaves under control. Everyone has a minimum
provision. Democrats give them subsidized housing, food stamps, and medicaid, but nobody gets ahead.
The educational system is substandard and there are no ladders of opportunity. The only difference is that
the slave master has been replaced by Democrat government.

The left should be targeting racists like the peogressive, Woodrow Wilson. As president, Wilson
oversaw unprecendted segregation in federal ofice. The Democrat senator and majority leader, Robert C.
Byrd, was a recruiter for the Ku Klux Klan, rising to the title of kleagle and exalted Cyclops. If you land
in West Virginia today everything in the state is named after him as a result of the tons of pork he
delivered. I’ll leave you with this quotation of his. “I’d rather see old glory trampled in the dirt, never to
rise again.than to see this beloved land of ours degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest
specimens from the wilds.”
