Justice Appoints Graves To House

Replaces Delegate Nancy Reagan Foster

Dianna L. Graves

Putnam County has a new delegate.

West Virginia Governor James C.  “Jim” Justice, II, has appointed Dianna L. Graves, of Cross Lanes, to the House of Delegates representing District 38. Graves fills a vacancy that was created when Nancy Reagan Foster, of Scott Depot, resigned.

“I am definitely excited,” says Graves. “There are challenges ahead, and I definitely think that if we work together that there is nothing that we can’t solve. I really look forward to meeting with constituents. I will get started right away.”

In 2000, Graves earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Graves is an auditor for Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC., a CPA firm in Charleston.

District 38 includes parts of Putnam and Kanawha counties.
