Foster vs. EPA Lawsuit Moving Forward

Claiming Denial Of Due Process

A Putnam County businessman and politician is taking on the United States Environmental Protection Agency over what he claims is a denial of due process and an over-reach of authority.

Ronald Reagan Foster filed a lawsuit, in 2014, after he says he was illegally fined over 2010 construction site work on a project in Wood County. Years later, Foster is getting his day in federal court.

Foster owns Foster Supply and is a Putnam County Commissioner. His wife, Nancy Reagan Foster, and his son, Geoff Foster, are West Virginia delegates. Recently, they hosted United States Vice President Mike Pence for a gathering of business owners at Foster Supply, in Scott Depot.
