Protecting The Mountain State’s Farms In an effort to exotic plant pests, diseases and weeds identified as threats to forests and agriculture land in West Virginia, the West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA) started conducting early detection trapping and surveys throughout the Mountain State.
