A Simple Investigation Leads To Felony Charges
A Putnam County couple were arrested, Monday, on charges of running a meth lab, deputies say.
Kason Casto, and Misty Sigmon, of Red House, were busted, February 11th, 2013, after deputies responded to complaints from neighbors about heavy traffic in the quiet community.
A "knock and talk" uncovered the alleged criminal activity.
"These arrests are directly linked to citizens in the immediate area being viligant and a thorough ongoing investigation by Corporal Dave Bailey," says Putnam County Sheriff Steve Deweese. "The Putnam County Sheriff's Department would also like to thank the Metro Drug Unit for their assistance in the investigation and processing the crime scene."

A criminal complaint is a legal document that is usually filled out by a law enforcement officer presenting evidence to a judge or magistrate. The judicial official determines if the officer has provided enough evidence to issue a complaint or a warrant for a suspect arrest.
